Make a Tycoon Game With AI: Run a Business That Grows

A tycoon game is an idle game you can watch working: miners swing picks, an elevator hauls ore, a cart rolls to the warehouse. Tyrbo builds tycoon games from a sentence. It plans the stations, the managers and the expansion with you, then builds a business you run on your phone.

Looks a tycoon game can start from. Pick one, mix two, or name your own.

Stations, flow and the bottleneck

Most tycoons are a chain of stations. In a mine, workers dig ore, an elevator carries it up, and a transporter takes it to sale. Each station has a capacity, and the slowest one limits the whole chain. Spotting and fixing that bottleneck is the core loop: upgrade the elevator, and suddenly the warehouse is the problem.

Tyrbo plans the stations and their capacities with you and builds them so the flow is visible on screen. For a mine, it starts from its cave map recipe and a curated dungeon 3D kit, then writes the station logic your business needs. A diner, a car wash or a space port gets stations of its own.

Managers and automation, planned by an AI tycoon generator

In a tycoon, managers are how idling happens. Early on, the player taps each station to run it. Hiring a manager automates that station, and managers can carry boosts, faster for a while or cheaper upgrades. The order in which managers become affordable shapes the whole first session.

Tell the generator how automation should arrive, all at once or station by station, and it plans the costs and boosts. Then play. If the first manager comes too late, ask for it sooner, or have Tyrbo write a cash helper into your game so you can skip ahead and test the later pacing.

Expansion: new floors and new locations

Tycoons keep growing by adding space. A mine digs deeper shafts; a restaurant adds tables, then a second restaurant across town. New locations work like prestige without a full reset: a fresh chain to optimize, a bigger return and a new look.

Tyrbo plans the expansion path with you and keeps cash counters readable with its tested currency display. Each location can wear its own style inside your game's look, an ice mine, a lava mine. Before the build goes out, it checks that no expansion leaves the player stuck. For generators and prestige in depth, see the idle game maker; to build a whole town, the city builder game maker.

Start a tycoon game with one sentence

  • A gold mine tycoon with dwarf miners, a rickety elevator, and new shafts that go deeper into crystal caves
  • A seaside burger shack that grows into a chain, managers for the grill and the till, and a pier location
  • A space port tycoon where cargo drones unload ships, a manager for each dock, and a moon base to open

From a sentence to your phone

  1. 1

    Describe it

One sentence is enough. Say what you tap, what you dodge, what you win.

  2. 2

    Answer a few questions

Each comes with our best guess picked, so most of the time you just tap Continue.

  3. 3

    See the plan

A title, a pitch, every part of the game, and concept art, before anything is built.

  4. 4

    Play it today

Scan the code and it runs on your phone. Change it by talking to it.

Questions people ask

Can I make a tycoon game without coding?

Yes. Name the business, its stations and what the player expands into, and Tyrbo plans and writes the tycoon. You change pacing, prices and managers by describing what you want, then try each change on your phone.

Is a tycoon the same as an idle game?

It is a kind of idle game with a visible business. Where a plain idle game is mostly counters and upgrade buttons, a tycoon shows workers, stations and flow, and adds managers and locations. Under the hood the cost curves are similar.

Does my tycoon have to be a mine?

No. The mine is the gallery example, but any chain of stations works: a burger shack, a car factory, a cargo port, a wizard school. Tyrbo plans the stations for your business and generates the art its packs do not have.

Can I publish my tycoon game on Google Play?

Yes. Tyrbo hands you a signed Android build, which you own with full commercial rights, and a step-by-step checklist for the Google Play listing. Ads and purchases are already wired, and leaderboards are live.

Your game is one sentence away.
