Make a Pull-the-Pin Puzzle Game With AI
A pin puzzle is a tower of chambers held shut by sliding pins. Pull them in the right order and the gold reaches the hero; pull them wrong and the lava gets there first. Tyrbo builds this kind of game from a sentence, planning the chambers, the hazards and the level set with you.

Order is the whole puzzle
Every pin puzzle level asks one question: which pin first? The answer depends on what sits behind each pin and what happens when things meet. Water poured on lava makes stone. A bomb dropped on a monster clears the way. Coins that touch lava are gone. The puzzle is seeing those reactions before you pull.
In Tyrbo, the plan lists your reactions as rules, and the AI pin puzzle generator writes them on top of a tested side-view physics body, so coins tumble and pour by gravity. Describe a new pairing, ice that freezes water into a bridge, and it becomes a rule any later level can use.
Heroes, hazards and a funny fail state
Pin puzzles often frame the level as a rescue. A hero waits in the bottom chamber, and the player clears a path for treasure or keeps danger away. Failing is half the fun if it is quick and a little silly: the hero squeaks, the level resets in a breath, and the player sees exactly what went wrong.
Tell Tyrbo who waits at the bottom and what threatens them, a knight and a dragon, a puppy and a flood, and it plans the hero's reactions, the hazards and a one-tap retry. The look is yours as well: candy cute, cozy cartoon, paper craft or any of the other directions. The cute game maker shows a few.
A level set that teaches, then twists
Dozens of levels of the same trick feel flat. A pin puzzle set grows by adding one element at a time: two pins, then three, then lava, then a monster, then a pin you have to pull while something is still falling.
Tyrbo drafts the levels in that order and tracks them with its level-progress piece. Ask for a timing twist from level fifteen onward and it writes new levels around it. Each one is checked for soft-locks before the build ships, and you can ask for a jump-to-level helper inside the game to test the tricky ones without replaying the rest.
Start a pin puzzle game with one sentence
- A knight in the bottom chamber, gold above, a dragon to the left, pull pins so treasure falls and fire does not
- A puppy trapped under a flood, pull pins so the water hits the lava first and turns it to stone
- Candy pins holding back gumballs and a grumpy bee, with a new hazard every eight levels
From a sentence to your phone
- 1
Describe it
One sentence is enough. Say what you tap, what you dodge, what you win.
- 2
Answer a few questions
Each comes with our best guess picked, so most of the time you just tap Continue.
- 3
See the plan
A title, a pitch, every part of the game, and concept art, before anything is built.
- 4
Play it today
Scan the code and it runs on your phone. Change it by talking to it.

Questions people ask
Can I make a pin puzzle game without coding?
Yes. Say what sits in the chambers and what the player is trying to save, and Tyrbo plans the pins, the hazards and the levels, then writes the game. Adding a hazard or a level later is a sentence, not a code change you make yourself.
Can a level become impossible?
A wrong pin order should lose the level, that is the puzzle. A level should never be unsolvable from the start, though, and restarting takes one tap. Tyrbo checks for soft-locks before the build is done, so a player always has a way forward.
What can sit around a pin puzzle?
Many pin games add a light layer between levels: a castle to rebuild with the gold collected, or a hero to dress up. Tyrbo can plan that layer with you, show coins with its tested currency display, and wire it to purchases if you want.
Is a pin puzzle a physics puzzle?
Yes, a focused kind. Objects fall and react by physics, but the player only does one thing: pull pins. For physics puzzles with other actions, like drawing ramps or stacking blocks, see the physics puzzle game maker.
