AI Idle Game Maker: Generators, Upgrades and Prestige

Tyrbo is an AI idle game maker. Describe the thing that keeps growing, a mine, a bakery, a space fleet, and it plans the generators, the cost curves, the upgrades and the prestige loop with you, then builds an idle game you play on your phone. The numbers are where idle games live, and you tune them by asking.

Generators and their cost curves

An idle game is a stack of generators: a worker, a cart, a drill, each producing at some rate. Each purchase costs more than the last, usually by a fixed multiplier, so the tenth drill costs far more than the first. The balance between rising cost and rising output decides everything: whether the next purchase is seconds away or an hour, whether players feel momentum or a wall.

Tyrbo writes the generators into the plan with their base cost, output and growth rate, so you can read the curve before anything is built. Its tested currency display keeps the counters legible, and the plan settles how huge numbers are shortened as they grow.

Upgrades, multipliers and milestones

Generators alone go flat. Upgrades bend the curve: double the output of carts, make drills cheaper, link one generator to another. Milestones at 10, 25 or 100 owned add a jolt at predictable moments. The question is spacing: an upgrade every few minutes early on, rarer and bigger later.

Ask the AI idle game generator for an upgrade tree and it plans one that fits your theme. Then play it. If the middle drags, say so, or ask Tyrbo to write balancing sliders into your game so you can change growth rates and costs while you watch the counters move.

Prestige: reset for a bigger multiplier

Every idle curve eventually flattens. Prestige is the answer: give up your progress in exchange for a permanent bonus, so the next run moves faster and reaches further. Getting it right means choosing when prestige becomes worth it, what it is called in your world (rebirth, a new mine, a new galaxy) and what carries over.

Tyrbo plans the prestige layer with you, writes the reset and carry-over logic, and checks that no state leaves a player stuck, unable to buy anything or reset. A second prestige layer can come later, once the first one feels right on your phone.

Offline progress, and an idle game without coding

Idle players close the app and expect to come back richer. Offline progress works out what the generators produced while away, usually with a cap, and greets the player with a sum to collect, perhaps doubled for watching an ad. Tyrbo writes that and wires the ad, since games leave its pipeline wired for ads and purchases.

The rest is a conversation in your browser: a sentence, a few questions, a plan with concept art, then a code to scan. Idle games in the gallery come in voxel, tiny diorama, isometric tiles, 16-bit pixel, painted storybook and modern mono. Two close cousins have their own pages: the clicker game maker and the tycoon game maker.

Start a idle game with one sentence

  • An idle gold mine with dwarves, carts and an elevator shaft, and a rebirth that opens a deeper mine
  • A bakery that grows from one oven to a pastry empire, with upgrades that link bread output to cake
  • An idle space fleet mining asteroids, offline progress capped at eight hours, prestige as a new galaxy

From a sentence to your phone

  1. 1

    Describe it

One sentence is enough. Say what you tap, what you dodge, what you win.

  2. 2

    Answer a few questions

Each comes with our best guess picked, so most of the time you just tap Continue.

  3. 3

    See the plan

A title, a pitch, every part of the game, and concept art, before anything is built.

  4. 4

    Play it today

Scan the code and it runs on your phone. Change it by talking to it.

Built to ship, not just to prototype

Every game leaves the pipeline with all of this checked, not hoped for.

  • No soft-locks
  • Runs on low-end Android
  • Ads and purchases wired
  • Leaderboards live
  • A signed build you own

Questions people ask

Can I make an idle game without coding?

Yes. Tell Tyrbo what grows and what the player buys, and it plans the generators, upgrades and prestige, writes the game, and puts it on your phone. You reshape the economy by describing what feels off, not by editing formulas.

How do I balance an idle game?

Start from the plan, which lists every cost, output and growth rate. Play on your phone and notice where it drags or races. Then ask Tyrbo to adjust those numbers, or have it add sliders inside your game so you can change them live and feel the difference right away.

Does progress continue while the game is closed?

If you want it to. Offline progress is a design choice, and Tyrbo writes it for your game: how long it counts, whether it is capped, and how the returning player collects it, including an optional rewarded ad to boost the sum.

Can I add prestige after the game is built?

Yes. Many idle games launch the core loop first and add prestige once the curve is understood. Ask Tyrbo for a prestige layer, describe what it is called and what carries over, and it plans and writes it into your existing game.

Your game is one sentence away.
